What is the return policy?

At AcordeonShop.com, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring we provide the highest levels of care at all times.

The delivery time of orders is divided into two parts:

* Processing time: Order verification, fitting, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are processed by the manufacturer, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
*Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes 15-30 business days. US orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a product of the US Postal Service. After being processed and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 7-14 days to reach their destination, but can occasionally take longer.

*Are there only other colors or styles available?

Only what is on display is available to the general public. Any other colors or designs must be special ordered.

*What types of payments do you accept?

At AcordeonShop.com we accept all types of payments, including all major credit cards and PayPal.

* Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

* Can you customize my shirt with my name?

Yes, you can send a special request to info@epronlinestore.com and one of our agents will assist you with your special order.

* What kind of materials do you use in your products?

Each product comes with a detailed description where you will find all the details about the materials each item is made of.

* How many items can I purchase at a time?

* What sizes are available?

We have tried to cater to everyone and most of our items come in a wide variety of sizes.

* Do you sell oversized t-shirts?

For certain models, yes.

* Can I find these designs elsewhere?

No, each design is carefully created with the imagination and creativity of our EPR team, and our designs are only sold in the EPR Online Store.
